Yes, 3"x3" or 3"x2" pod lights.

Will this bracket fit Rough Country 2 or 3 inch pod lights

You would use the 2" lights from rough country.

Do you have to do any drilling in the mod steel bumper for these brackets or do the holes already exist to accept these?

Do you make a fog light bracket for the capable bumper for two lights per side?
