I had damaged the evap canister while doing a bit of off-roading in Sedona. The stock “felt” skid plate had torn when I went over a rock damaging the evap canister. Upon returning home I began searching for metal skid plates and found JC-offroad had what I was looking for. The install was simple enough once you got the holes drilled through the pinch seam as shown on their install video. My advice is start with a small pilot hole and then the step bit, very hard drilling. These skid plates serve the purpose well and I feel much safer doing a little off-roading.
