Will this fit the DIY XJ front bumper?

Sure, the 37x13 will work as well if you want a little taller like our production Vanguard bumper.

A little bummed about the fitment. I called to see witch hoop was the correct one for the DYI bumper I had purchased and was told that this was the one. The opening was short and did not fit quite write. It hung over both sides of the winch opening, but I made it work. The bends and cut at the end of the tubes where beautiful. No wrinkles or kinks and sat flat at the correct angle. Over all I think the bumper turned out really nice.
