No, it includes the bare panel and hardware.

Will this work with a 2012 2dr JK with the factory Subwoofer?

Yes, but you would have to mount gear to the panel in a way that clears it.

Will Quick Fist Clamps mount into the Molle grill holes? Their instructions say they mount with a #10 bolt.

They will! Use a 5/16" bolt.

Bought this product in Aug. of 2023 for my "23 Jeep JL. Shipped quicker than quoted. Ultra fine quality piece, finished perfectly. Unfortunately the problem is that the layout of the molle holes are not to spec. I have been using the Molle system for many years, both in Military and civilian applications. The holes are just not spaced and laid out correctly. Its a struggle, if not impossible to attach products in the correct weave manner.
