When installed, how much clearance is between the edge of the seat and the panel? My goal would be to carry a tablet in the front door. Can this accommodate either a Surface Pro 8 (13" diagonal) or a 10.9" iPad?

Roughly 1" of clearance between the front panel and the seat adjuster lever and 2" between the panel and seat in the rear.

Do they fit all JL 4 door models? I have a sport and I have found some items only fit the Rubicon because the front door panels are a bit different.
