We have not test fit at the shop, but from photos online the 4xe steel bumpers and Rubicon steel bumpers look identical.

I put the Stinger bumper tube on 18JL Rubicon steel bumper. Grabbed some grade 8 bolts. Since I already had winch it was not a 90 second install :) but I managed. I must say it looks great. I would attach a image but don’t see a link.
