Will a Rotopax mount and hold to the panel? If so, what's the largest size that would fit?

We haven't tested the clearances to mount a Rotopax in that location with the top on. Top-off would probably work fine for at least a 1 gallon.

Do the lower mounting brackets sit ontop of, or underneath the factory hardtop? IE does the panel need to be removed to take off/put on the hardtop?

The lower bracket can be installed in either location. We recommend installing it above the hard top, and removing the lower bracket to remove the top.

When I saw this I said great! I have the overhead Molle Panel. Then I got them and the install video shows a 4DR a JLU. However they do work with a 2DR JL. If I could post a photo I would. I will have to make some changes to my air compressor install to get them on my drivers side. I did have to add two fender washers to make the one lower right side work.
