Already installed my panels on my Gladiator Overland. Would love to get the same Fire Extinguisher Holders you use on your pictures. Any pointers on that?

My hard top bolt is covered by the wire cover, will this still work or will I need to leave the cover off?
Since this is bolted to the roll bar and roof bolt, wouldn't you have to remove this to remove the roof?
A
02/09/2024, 10:57:16 AM
Yes, that cover would need to be removed. You would need to remove the lower bolt when removing your top, but it can be reinstalled after you remove the top in order to run this panel without a top.

Fast shipping, great quality and easy install. I went the easier route and installed on the passenger side to avoid the wiring harness cover on the drivers side and it only took about 15 from start to finish..

This is an awesome design and very well constructed, like everything that JCR makes. And the shipping packaging is excellent. Unfortunately, if you have the Mopar liner on the interior, it won't fit. This is due to the different trim that comes with the Mopar liner. The bolt is actually covered by the trim. I'm going to keep mine though... maybe I can repurpose it for some other application.

It is a quick and simple install and it fits the First Alert Car Fire Extinguisher perfectly. No issues with the seat belt or folding down the seat. I have a 2022 model and they changed the size of the plastic cover that you need to remove to access the hard top bolt. I found that once I had everything mounted up, I then removed the two 3/16 Allen head bolts that hold the panel to the mounts. This allows easy access to replace the plastic cover and get to the hard top bolt when removing the top. It is an extra step, but worth it to have a fire extinguisher safe and handy.

High quality powder coating, my myfak first aid fits perfectly. If you want to fit a slim 1lb extinguisher you'll want to use a quick release. Molle is excellent for adapting to your needs. Recommend swivel head ratchet for install.

I needed a place to put my fire extinguisher and rescue gear. This worked out perfect. Easy to install. And holds the gear securely

I was able to install two of these in my JT with no issues.
I followed the instruction video and finished the whole process in less than 45 minutes.
Also a nice finish on all parts.

Prompt shipping and exactly as described. Brackets did not fit as described in the “how to” video on my soft top Gladiator, but was able to change them around to make it work. Solid product.

I’ve ordered all the Molle accessory panels for my JT Gladiator. This is the first one I’ve had an issue with. The idea is great. The Molle panel is great, the mounting is not so great. There is a fitment issue with the top mounting bracket making contact with the hardtop and scratching the hardtop. There is no adjustment in the bracket to where it mounts. There is adjustment between the pane and the mounts but that’s not the issue. It can mount and be utilized but I can’t deal with a metal nut rubbing against the hardtop and weakening it over time. If there was different hardware for the top mounting bracket to the panel then the problem would be averted. Maybe a welded button on the panel something a lot thinner to prevent contact.
Note From JcrOffroad: Matthew, sorry to hear you are having trouble with the install, please reach out to customer service and we can figure out a solution for you.
