Does it come with wiring harnesses for the lights?

It does not, wiring is up to the customer.

Is it possible to "cap off" the openings for the rock lights, if I do not want to mount the lights?

We do not offer any caps or block off plates for the light openings.

How much does a set weigh? And where are the rock lights?

144 lbs. The rock lights are located at both the front and rear of each slider.
