Is this compatible with the Alpine subwoofer?

Ours does not have that option, but it doesn't look like they'd interfere with one another.

There is not a weight limit specifically set for that, but the floor was designed to handle common items such as loaded fridges and loaded drawers.

Is the JLU floor compatible with the JLU 4XE trunk area (slightly different configuration due to placement of batteries under rear seats)?

The doublecab requires drilling for the lower mounts as they do not line up with the bed mount bolts like they do on the Crewmax.
