What is the measurement between the front two holes of the Winch Fairlead Mounting Bracket? I would like to use it for my front license plate and I'm wondering if the holes would line up with the holes on my license plate. Thanks!

I used this with my Quadratec winch on a Rancho Stubby bumper and it fit perfectly. Item was shipped protected by foam. Top notch.
