They were not designed specifically for that purpose, but they are pretty universal mounts. Locks are not included.

Two boards per side is what they were designed for. You may be able to fit more, but we haven't tested.

In theory yes, but we haven't checked to see if there is enough clearance for the traction boards in that config.

what is the center to center spacing on the bracket mounting bolts to the bed rack as well as the same for the traction board holes so I know if it will work with my Thorax bed rack as well as ActionTrax boards.

The traction board mounting hole center to center is roughly 10.60". You can mount the brackets in various places on our rack to space them apart, but they are setup for 35.00" hole spacing as shown in the photos.

The hardware that comes with these brackets is for mounting the brackets only, or traction boards as well.

This product is not a universal fit for all traction boards. If it only fits one specific brand, then that should be stated. I wasted $100 on two brackets that had to have extra holes drilled into the bedrack just to mount them. The overall length of the mounting holes for my traction boards was 40" and there was no way to mount these as such. And even the width was way off. I used 5" carriage bolts to mount the boards and even the width of these brackets was way off. So it needs to specify that these are absolutely NOT universal fit for "traction boards" as stated in the product description
