Will these work for mounting a pair of MAXTRAX as well? Also, I assume they come with the mounting nuts and bolts? Thanks, Ray

They do come with nuts and bolts, yes. 2 pair would work for traction boards as long as your bar spacing was correct for the board bolt pattern. Another option would be (2) VRKACM-PC with the hardware of your choice to mount the boards.

Does this mount work on the top of the your JT 1/2 bed rack? If not, do you make a bracket that does?

Yes it works, but you would only use two of the 4 holes on the bottom.

We do not have one single location that we recommend, but anywhere that the brackets will align on either the top or side rails should suffice.
