What’s the top hole Diameter?

They are 1/2" stud holes, which are the industry standard on all CB mounts.

Will this work with your Quarter Panel Armor with taillight cutouts? I snuggled the taillight bolts before drilling the body holes.

Could you make this with a larger hole (3/8-3/4") for NMO mounts? They're much more common for VHF/UHF applications like GMRS, ham, and business band. Nobody really uses CB anymore.

There isn't really enough room for a .750 hole, but ProComm makes an NMO for .500 holes (MSM38S-17LPL)

could i use this mount to hook up a whip flag for the sand dunes? it would attack to the mount the same way, just curious if it would be strong enough

We've never used this mount for that application. We do however offer a fairlead flag mount for our which bumpers which can be found here.

This is only designed to work with a a standard Cherokee, it will not work on a Grand Cherokee.

Seems heavy duty although it mounts between your rear tail light housing and body where those mount. It causes a significant gap at the top of the housing allowing water and debris into the tail light. It also is so thick when I shut my tail gate it began chaffing and slightly cracking the edging of the tailgate above the tail light. Removed before even installing my antenna into it.
