We have not tested this, but the floor is slightly different, so modifications to the bracket would be likely necessary.

It will not fit the Grand Cherokee.

I've had the center console installed in my 1998 XJ Sport for about a year now and it is still rock solid. The fitment wasn't perfect as far as the two screws in the bottom of the bucket lining up and the AC duct was pulled a bit further. I deleted the rear AC in my XJ so not a concern and a little bend or a self-tap will solve the other fitment issue. Overall I'm pleased with the product even though the price is a bit steep.
